We’re based in Helsinki, Berlin, San Francisco, New York, Buenos Aires and Singapore, we’re looking for individuals with a hunger for learning to join our world-class team! is looking for a Graphic Designer who can handle the everyday production tasks of creating graphics within agreed guidelines. The work produced should be implemented through our in-tool features Dynamic Image Template and Video Editor for our customers. As a Creative Studio’s Graphic Designer, you will help our clients improve the creatives of their Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You will consider the client’s current offering and partner with them to set the visual strategy going forward.

Graphic Designer position in Squad is a 3-month paid internship in 2018, with highly flexible start and end dates. The position could continue as a full-time or part-time employee after the internship.

As a Graphic Designer at, you will

  • Join’s Creative Studio team
  • Work with top global advertisers to design creatives and content for Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Be part of our creative workshops for brands
  • Master the platform’s creative features (like templating) and leverage them in daily creative work
  • Provide product feedback on the usability of the creative functionalities in the Smartly platform
  • Collaborate with regional customer teams on new business pitches
  • Support marketing team when necessary

We’re definitely looking for you, if you

  • Have knowledge in social media advertising, particularly Facebook & Instagram
  • 1+ years of experience at an ad agency, digital agency, or an in-house team of an online advertiser (e-commerce, mobile apps, or gaming a huge plus)
  • Experience in creating tactical, direct response ads, as well as conceptual thinking and branding
  • Knowledge of video production, animation, editing a plus
  • Cross-functional mindset and experience in working with product managers and developers as well as the Creative Studio team
  • Strong vision for branding and excellent eye for high-quality ads
  • English is the main language of the company, so fluent written and spoken English is a must
