Key responsibilities:

As a Solution Consultant, you will play a central role in helping FA’s new clients to start running their business on FA platform and to help FA’s existing clients to get the most out of the FA system.

Your work will cover the full delivery lifecycle:

• Designing client-specific solutions by mapping business requirements with the platform’s capabilities and best practices
• Configuring and customizing the platform to meet client needs, including light scripting and data migration
• Coordinating implementation projects, communicating progress, and ensuring delivery quality
• Conducting workshops and training sessions for client users
• Contributing to improvement projects for existing clients, from gap analysis to delivery

You’ll collaborate closely with account management, product management, customer support and delivery partners, while maintaining an active dialogue with clients throughout the projects.

In this role, you will work with various stakeholders and clients, which highlights the importance of excellent communication and collaboration skills. As your work will cover the full delivery lifecycle, you’ll also need basic project management skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to deliver training sessions and host workshops.

We require you to have:

• 3+ years of experience for example from a consulting or software company, working with client implementation or delivery projects.
• A genuine interest in working with clients and the ability to succeed in a customer-facing environment
• Some experience in scripting (Java, JavaScript, SQL or similar) – or a proven ability and motivation to learn.
• Interest in financial markets and investing
• A full professional proficiency in English

We consider as an asset:

• Experience in investment management industry
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Broader programming experience
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position (two openings), in which you will be employed directly to FA Solutions. The ideal starting date is as soon as possible. The company’s office is located in Helsinki, but it's possible to work fully remotely in this role – preferably from Finland. The position may also include occasional on-site visits to clients.
