IMA Engineering, a company redefining the mining industry for a more sustainable direction, is looking for a self-driven Field and Project Engineer to support the team in a growing business!

What will you be doing?

As a Field and Project Engineer, you will be managing IMA Engineering’s delivery projects from order to final commissioning. You will oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating directly with customers at mining sites. In addition to your project management responsibilities, you will also be in charge of field operations. Your responsibility will be the installation and maintenance of the equipment at customer sites and as part of the remote support team. Your role is versatile, but the most important thing is to ensure that delivery projects and Installations are carried out according to IMA and customer requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in IMA Engineering's EU-level research and product development projects, contributing to the design and testing of prototypes and planning maintenance activities. This position offers you an excellent chance to work in diverse mining environments worldwide.

We require you to have:

• Relevant educational background in the technical field
• A few years of experience in maintenance, field service, or project execution in an industrial environment
• Deep understanding of instrumentation.
• Self-driven attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Full working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Passion for sustainability and green products

Practical Matters:

This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly to IMA Engineering. The role requires regular travel to customer sites. IMA Engineering values free time and encourages employees to spend time with family. Therefore, they also have a flexible hybrid work model. The salary for the position is between 3500-4300e/month, and the position will start as soon as possible.
