We are currently looking for a Talent Advisor to be a part of a seamless, best in class Nordic HR-team and join the ranks of Unilever. As Talent Advisor, your main purpose is to provide support in talent management related issues to the business. More specifically, you maintain close contact with the business leaders to ensure that they have the right talent in and for the right roles now and in the future by having strong talent pipelines and solid succession plans. In order to succeed this, you are also responsible for both sourcing and end-to-end recruitment running recruitment processes to on-boarding of new talent. Besides talent management and acquisition, you are also responsible for driving employer branding initiatives, arranging events and being active in all socials, and so, for promoting Unilever as a great place to work and securing strong talent that supports the company’s ambition and impact!

As a Talent Advisor, you are someone who is proactive and has strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting priorities and deadlines. You are good at following through plans, projects, schemes or the like to its completion and you have flair for handling administrative tasks in a structured manner. You also have demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, you are service-minded and have solid relationship management skills.

Are you the ice cream to our cone?

  • You have Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
  • You have relevant experience such as recruiter or similar roles
  • You have a digital mindset and you are comfortable working with not only MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint & Excel, but also with different HR systems (e.g. Workday and ServiceNow)
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills in Finnish and English

We consider as an asset:

  • Basic knowledge of Labor Law and Regulations as well as GDPR
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in Swedish

In this position you will be employed directly by Unilever and the starting position is a 12 month fixed-term to cover maternity leave, but further opportunities for high performers are not excluded.
