RELEX is a fast-growing software company developing its own products that help retail companies plan and operate more efficiently. By accurately forecasting consumption of goods, we reduce inventory costs, increase availability and cut waste. One example of this is helping retailers eliminate spoiled food. To achieve this, we use our in-house built terabyte scale in-memory database, which stores tens of billions of rows of data.

RELEX is trusted by leading brands including WHSmith, Morrisons, AO.com, Coop Denmark and Rossmann. We are a group of over 500 employees with offices in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Italy, in the US and our Helsinki headquarters.  

We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our family of extraordinary people.

This is a new role and can be full-time or a part-time role, so it’s ideal for students as well. So, why are we looking for a talent sourcer? We have set an ambitious goal of doubling the size of our product development team within a year. This is not an easy target, and we’re fully aware of that. And that’s where you come in. As a relentless talent sourcer, you will help us to meet this goal. Your task would be to source talent by employing proactive recruiting techniques to find and identify skilled candidates, both active and passive. Main focus would be on sourcing potential candidates using various channels, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. However, you would also have the opportunity to participate in other parts of the recruiting process e.g. interviews and employee branding.

What you’d be doing:

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, Github etc.) and enlighten people on why they should join RELEX.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Experience in sourcing or recruiting, (in-house or agency environment). Ideally from tech industry.
  • Hands-on experience with different sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
  • Solid networking skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Finnish is seen as an advantage.
