Interested in shaping business-critical CPQ solutions in a global technology organization? Hitachi is looking for a Systems Business Analyst to bridge business needs and software development in an international environment.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Systems Business Analyst to join Hitachi and support the development and enhancement of a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) application that is tightly integrated with business processes and ERP systems.
The role focuses on requirements gathering and business analysis activities within ongoing software development initiatives related to Hitachi’s CPQ ecosystem.
In this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, actionable system requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, helping shape solutions that support efficient sales and quoting processes.
Your responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, defining project scope and objectives, documenting specifications, facilitating stakeholder discussions, coordinating testing activities, and supporting the successful delivery of software development initiatives. You will also contribute to project and process management while working independently in a dynamic international environment.

Practicalities:
This is a full-time temporary assignment where you will be employed by aTalent and work as a leased employee for Hitachi. The preferred starting date is as soon as possible.
The initial assignment duration is three months, with a possibility for a further three-month extension. The role can be performed remotely from Finland, although occasional travel may be required for workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Please note that we can only consider candidates for temporary worker arrangements. Independent contractors and freelancers are not eligible for this assignment.
