What are flexible talent solutions?

In employee leasing, candidates are sought through a public search, and the hired person will be employed on aTalent's payroll. In addition to the recruitment process, we will take care of all employer obligations according to the law, such as salary payment, occupational health care, insurance and possible co-operation negotiations. At the end of the rental assignment or already during it, it is possible to transfer the employee to your company's payroll.

Transparent and fair pricing

The price consists of a fixed fee and an hourly or monthly rate based on the salary agreed between you and the employee. This ensures transparent billing and fair compensation for the employee.

Cost-effective transition to your own payroll

If you wish to recruit a temporary employee during or after the assignment, we offer a clear and cost-effective transfer pricing model. After 6 months of full-time employment, the transfer is completely free of charge.

Recruitment guarantee

A failed hire can cost up to €50,000. That is why we offer a six-month satisfaction guarantee for recruitments. If either the client or the employee terminates the contract during the guarantee period, we will conduct a replacement search. On an annual level, replacement recruitments account for only 2.7% of our assignments.
