Public search

Direct search and hybrid search

How to engage early-career talent

Summer jobs

Employment periods typically running from April to September for students at different stages of their studies. Summer jobs allow you to introduce your company to early-career professionals and potentially continue the employment, for example in a part-time role after the summer.

Trainee programs

Full-time trainee positions lasting 3 to 12 months, usually aimed at students in their second to fifth year of studies. Trainee programs offer a clear path to permanent employment after the program.

Student projects

Do you need one or more students for a short-term or longer project? Share your need with us and we will connect your project with suitable student groups.

A student can be employed directly by your company, or if needed, we can take care of the employer responsibilities on your behalf, in which case the student will be employed on aTalent’s payroll.
