aTalent is a company providing recruitment and HR services. aTalent was founded in 2004 and is owned by Aalto University student organizations Prodeko, KY, and Prodeko Alumni. We currently have around 50 recruitment professionals working at our office located in Autotalo, Kamppi, Helsinki.

About our culture

We care about the quality of our work and the people we meet

We know that recruiting or changing jobs is a very important moment for both the company and the individual. We work actively to serve both employers and job applicants. Applicant satisfaction is an important value for us and we constantly receive praise for excellent applicant experiences. To guarantee high-quality and meaningful work, we organize internal trainings regularly and offer appropriate challenges to support professional development.

We go about our business with awesome team spirit

Although we are serious about making results, success does not come at any price. Our work community has a low hierarchy and we offer a lot of freedom as a counterweight to responsibility: Everyone has the opportunity to influence their own working schedules and places. We also have fun outside of work: May Day and Christmas parties, Trib3's HIIT workouts, restaurant excursions and trips abroad have been popular.
