The price of employee leasing consists of a fixed charge and an hourly or monthly fee, which is determined by multiplying the salary agreed between you and the employee. This way we ensure transparent invoicing and at the same time you will be able to offer the candidate a fair salary.

If you wish to transfer an employee to your own payroll during or after the lease assignment, we offer a reasonable transfer pricing model. After 10 months of full-time work, the transfer is completely free of charge.

According to our calculations, a wrong hire can end up costing a company almost 50,000 euros. If the customer or employee terminates the employment contract during our warranty period, we will conduct a replacement search for the profile in question. Only 2.7% of all our annual recruitments are replacement searches.
