Aino Health is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team in the development of Aino Health’s core product, HealthManager. HealthManager is a SaaS solution that enables corporate health and workplace wellbeing management in a new way by helping to increase productivity, reduce absence and make change measurable. You will work with a tight-knit team of three developers and your work includes e.g., developing new features, look and feel improvements as well as ongoing software maintenance and testing. Aino Health’s stack consists of Java 8, Hibernate, Vaadin, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS – Java being the core. Yet, you do not have to be a ready-made professional in all of these but Aino Health offers you a chance to become one.

You can either be in the early phase of your career or an experienced developer as it is possible to discuss a more senior role or a part-time position in case you have some studies left. You can get more responsibility according to your experience and develop the areas you are most interested in. Maybe you will grow into full stack development, software architecture, or become a technical consultant for Aino Health’s local and international customers – it’s up to you!

What we are looking for:

  • Skills in Java (for example from school/work projects or hobbies)
  • Understanding of SQL databases
  • Fluent skills in English

 We consider as an asset:

  • Prior work experience in software development
  • Skills in Finnish, German or Swedish
