What will you be doing?
As an HR Student Worker, you will support Boston Consulting Group’s local HR team in a variety of tasks and get hands-on experience in an international HR department. Your main responsibilities will include:
In addition to the daily responsibilities, you will also have the chance to get involved in HR projects and gradually take more ownership in areas such as onboarding, depending on your background and motivation.

Practicalities:
This is a part-time (approx. 3 days per week) and fixed term position until mid / late August 2026. You will be employed as aTalent employee at Boston Consulting Group. The ideal starting date in the role is in late November / early December. The role will be located in Helsinki, and we hope you are able to work mainly at the office. Salary in this position is 16,00€/hour.
