Eminus Industries is entering an exciting new phase. With a production-ready AI product already in use and strong commercialization ahead, the team is growing rapidly in Finland. Now, they are looking for their first People & Operations Lead to take ownership of internal operations and build scalable foundations for growth.

Your responsibilities:

In this role, you will take ownership of Eminus Industries’ people and internal operations as the company scales up. You will work closely with the CEO and act as a trusted partner in building a well-functioning, people-centric organization.

Your responsibilities will include developing and scaling HR processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring that employees have everything they need to succeed in their daily work. You will also take part in building company culture and employer positioning as the team grows.

In addition, you will contribute to broader operational topics such as internal processes, tools, and ways of working. You will collaborate with external partners in areas like payroll, finance, and legal, and support these functions where needed. As the company expands to other Nordic countries, you will also play a key role in setting up local people practices and supporting international growth.

This is a hands-on role where you both build structures and execute daily operations, with a strong opportunity to grow into a leadership position over time.

We require you to have:

• Several years of relevant experience in HR, people operations, or similar roles
• Experience working in a growing company or scaling environment
• Hands-on approach and ability to both plan and execute
• Experience in building and developing HR processes from scratch
• Good understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Full working proficiency in English

We consider as an asset:

• Experience from a startup or technology company environment
• Familiarity with HR systems or ERP tools such as Dynamics
• Understanding of basic finance, payroll, or legal processes
• Other Nordic language skills (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish)
• Experience supporting international expansion

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly by Eminus Industries. The preferred starting date is as soon as possible. The role is based in Otaniemi, Espoo, and we hope you can work on-site weekly as part of a flexible hybrid model. Please note that the selected candidate must be willing to undergo a security clearance conducted by the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (Supo). Salary ranges between 4500-5000 €/month (gross) and will be negotiated individually based on your experience.
