Cloudia provides a complete suite of Source-to-Contract services for both private and public sector organizations. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes data security certified and easy-to-use solutions for both strategic and operational aspects of procurement – eSourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Management. Cloudia’ s dynamic, cloud-based services help companies respond to the challenges of the information age and to make use of the growing amount of data simply and effectively. In 2021 Cloudia joined forces with Mercell Group to become part of a pan-Nordic constellation, broadening its products and service offerings. Mercell delivers services to public and private buyers in 15 European countries.

Cloudia is now looking for several Fullstack Developers to reinforce their growing product development team in Joensuu, Kuopio or Helsinki. In this position you get to develop Cloudia’s current product portfolio, including products for e.g. procurement planning, contract management, analytics and supplier management. In addition, you get a chance to develop new business supporting systems for both public and private sector customers. You will contribute to the front- and backend development of the cloud-based platform where together with your team and Product Owner you will define solutions to our customers’ problems and fix bugs reported by the users. You will also participate in different development stages, such as iterative development, testing and reviewing processes. The most important technologies and frameworks we use are React, Redux, Java, Spring framework, .NET and C#. In terms of databases we use MS SQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

You are the person we are looking for if you have previous experience in software development. You might either have a few years of experience or you are a self-taught programmer who has gathered skills through personal projects. You will fit in our team if you have a proactive and self-driven attitude. You will work closely together with the development team consisting of other fullstack developers, Tech Lead and a DevOps Engineer. Therefore, good teamwork skills are valued. Most of your team members work in our Joensuu office, but we also have offices in Kuopio and Helsinki. You can choose the location that suits you the best, or you can work fully remotely.

We hope you to have:

  • Previous experience in software development
  • Skills with some of the following technologies and frameworks: React, Java, Spring framework and/or C#/.NET or other object-oriented programming languages
  • Good problem solving skills and willingness to do variable work tasks
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and improve your skill set further
  • Fluent English language skills

We consider as an asset:

  • Skills in databases such as MS SQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and/or skills with Docker or other container technologies
  • Finnish language skills

In this position you will be employed directly by Cloudia.
