Be the hands-on force behind a growing brand’s digital presence as their new eCommerce Manager!
What will you be doing?
KOTA Company is now looking for a web-savvy ecommerce allrounder to take ownership of a Shopify-based online store and keep it evolving with the fast-growing business. Your main focus will be managing, developing, and optimizing the site – from daily maintenance and bug fixes to landing page design, conversion optimization and user experience improvements.
You'll work closely with external developers and marketing collaborators, and coordinate with internal teams including creatives and other stakeholders. You will for example coordinate website updates, troubleshoot urgent issues, and implement upcoming visual redesign.Your responsibilities will also include managing product related content such as keeping listings, prices, and visuals up to date. On top of that, we’d love you to bring a creative edge, whether it's writing a compelling copy or crafting visuals together with a graphic designer.
What makes you a great fit?
This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on with Shopify, understands what makes a great ecommerce experience, and loves juggling both creative and technical tasks. You’re comfortable balancing quick fixes with long-term improvement work, and know how to prioritize when everything seems important. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating across roles to get things done.
You don’t need to be a coder, but if you can inspect and tweak the code view to fix a widget’s layout, even better. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re self-driven, solution-oriented, and excited to grow with a company that gives you the freedom to make things happen.

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position in which you will be employed directly by our client, KOTA Company. The KOTA Company’s office is located in Helsinki, and while office visits are highly appreciated, the role also allows flexible remote work. We hope you can start as soon as possible. Salary in this position ranges between approximately 4000-5000 €/month, depending on the level of your experience, and will be negotiated individually.
