KOTA Company is one of Europe’s fastest growing online furniture brands, and now you have a unique chance to develop and lead their supply operations as a new Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.
Your role with us
KOTA Company is looking for a proactive and hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join their international and fast-scaling team. In this position, you will take full ownership of supply chain development and delivery operations, ensuring that rapidly growing demand is met with scalable and efficient operations.
Your responsibilities will cover end-to-end supply chain optimization: collaborating with manufacturing partners, managing and developing logistics partnerships, and building infrastructure that supports expansion into new markets. The role combines strategic development with daily operational responsibilities.
As part of a small but ambitious team, your week will include supplier meetings, cross-border delivery coordination, and resolving production or shipping issues. You’ll also contribute to forward-looking decisions about our tools, systems, and partnerships.
What makes you a great fit?
You have at least few years of experience in supply chain or logistics development, ideally within an eCommerce setting. You’ve taken ownership in development projects, know how to guide things in the right direction, and bring a clear vision for how processes can scale. While no specific systems are required, you understand how supply and delivery operations tie into eCommerce platforms, and you know when new tools should be introduced and why.
You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and new problems need quick solutions. You’re hands-on, curious, and not afraid to get involved whether it’s leading a project, solving an operational bottleneck, or finding a smarter way to get things done. You’re equally comfortable making independent decisions and working as part of a close-knit team.
You’re also ready to travel occasionally to work with international manufacturing partners. Your communication skills are strong, and your mindset is focused on progress.
