Are you a Power BI Developer who wants to own the full data pipeline and turn one of Finland’s largest real estate datasets into insights used daily by thousands of professionals? Linear is looking for you to take ownership of reporting within Linear’s product and help build the next generation of data capabilities for the platform.
Linear is a Finnish SaaS company on a mission to modernize the real estate industry by replacing outdated tools with a single, powerful platform. Its core product, the Linear platform, brings together the most important tools real estate professionals need in their daily work from sales and customer management to marketing. Today, Linear operates successfully across multiple European countries, holding a market-leading position in Finland and being one of the most widely used real estate systems in Estonia.
What will you be doing?
You will be joining a small team in an exciting scale-up phase, where you will have real ownership and the opportunity to influence how reporting and analytics evolve within the product. In this role, you will work across the full data pipeline, from querying and optimizing data in the database to designing clear and impactful dashboards embedded directly into the product.
Your work focuses on building and developing Power BI reporting within the Linear platform, including data modeling, SQL queries and performance optimization for growing datasets. You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, DevOps and customer-facing teams, and explore new reporting and analytics opportunities together with customers.
Initially, you will focus on rebuilding and modernizing Linear’s customer facing reporting layer. Over time, you can grow toward product ownership of reporting and/or analytics as the company builds a dedicated reporting & analytics function.
What makes you a great fit?
You are motivated by the idea that your work can have a real impact on the company’s growth and direction. You enjoy turning complex data into clear insights and building reporting solutions that people actually use, while staying curious about how reporting can evolve into analytics that creates real competitive advantages for customers. You are comfortable working independently in an environment where not everything is predefined and enjoy understanding problems and figuring out the best way to solve them.
