Megger Finland is scaling its development team and hiring three Fullstack Developers to build the future of industrial condition monitoring.
Key responsibilities
As a Fullstack Developer at Megger Finland, you will join a small and experienced product development team based in Espoo and help shape our end-to-end industrial monitoring platform. You will be working hands-on with the cloud-based part of our system, which gathers, analyzes, and visualizes vibration data from embedded sensors monitoring industrial assets such as motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
In this role, you will contribute to technical implementation across both frontend and backend. You’ll work with technologies such as React, Ember.js, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS. On the AWS side, we utilize services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and API Gateway. Your tasks include implementing new features, improving the frontend user experience, modernizing the existing technical framework, and building resilient backend services. Our current frontend is built with Ember.js and React, but we're actively transitioning to React.
As a Senior Developer, you'll also participate in architecture-level planning, support test automation, and mentor less experienced developers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring software quality and guiding our technical direction as we scale the team and expand our offering from technology to full service.
What makes you a great fit?
This role is a great match for a mid-level developer with approximately five years of experience or a senior developer with ten or more years of experience. You thrive in a product-driven, engineering-led company with a startup spirit and the backing of a global parent. You’re someone who enjoys full ownership over features and values working in a collaborative team with autonomy and trust.
