Are you inspired by the potential of AI to create smarter business and a more sustainable world? Neste is now looking for a strategic AI Architecture Lead to join their team in Espoo.
What will you be doing?
Neste is looking for an AI Architecture Lead to guide and accelerate the smart and business-driven use of artificial intelligence across its global operations. You will join the CIO Office IT Department in Espoo, which is responsible for IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance across Neste’s global operations.
In this role, you’ll act as the strategic architect and internal advocate for AI technologies, ensuring that the tools, roadmaps, and platforms used at Neste support both current and future innovation. As part of the CIO Office, you’ll collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to unlock AI’s value in practical, scalable, and ethical ways. You will also act as a trusted advisor to business and development teams, helping them identify impactful use cases and shape initiatives that drive business value.
You will influence how AI is applied across enterprise platforms e.g. Google Cloud Platform, SAP, and Salesforce. You'll also play a key role in keeping Neste aligned with emerging regulations and AI governance practices. In this role, you will own the AI technology roadmap, promoting a standardized and strategic approach to AI across the organization. You will support AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from early scoping to solution delivery oversight.

This is a full-time and permanent position and you will be employed directly to Neste. The ideal start time in the role is as soon as possible. The role will be located at Neste’s headquarters in Espoo and we hope you are able to work at the office at least three days per week as part of a hybrid model.
