NordikaAsset Manager

Nordika, a Nordic real estate private equity and asset management company, is now looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join its local office in central Helsinki. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial performance, development, and tenant experience of selected properties in Finland.

This position offers you the opportunity to develop the value of the assets in a long-term and strategic manner. Your responsibilities include tenant relations, property development, opex and budget responsibilities, and ensuring profitability and the outperformance of business plans. The current portfolio is a mix of office, retail and logistics assets. The portfolio will continue to evolve and renew over time. By managing external partners such as technical managers, leasing agents and property managers, you will ensure that Nordika’s properties serve their users in the best possible way. As part of a small and dynamic team, you will enjoy both responsibility and autonomy. You will report directly to the Head of Asset Management, Finland.

We expect you to have:

• Several years of relevant work experience in the real estate or real estate investment / management sector
• Demonstrated success in exceeding business objectives
• A suitable university or university of applied sciences degree (e.g. economics, law, business, or another relevant field)
• Good communication skills in both Finnish and English, Swedish skills are considered as an advantage
• Good proficiency with office software and systems, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
• A professional and responsive approach to client communication
• A driven and proactive personality with a mindset to exceed expectations
• Willingness to travel within Finland and occasionally to Stockholm

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position and you will be employed directly by Nordika. The ideal start date is as soon as possible or by agreement in early 2026. We hope you are prepared to work mainly at our office in central Helsinki or at property sites primarily within Finland. Remote work is possible occasionally when the situation allows, but the role also requires regular on-site presence and teamwork. The salary range for this position is approximately 6000-7500 €/month + bonus model, depending on the level of your experience, and will be negotiated individually with each candidate.
