Your role with us

As a Gameplay Capture Artist at On It Films, you will be part of a team responsible for capturing compelling gameplay footage for Brawl Stars videos. You’ll collaborate with both the capture and editing teams to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with the intended creative direction. A deep understanding of all Brawl Stars features is essential for creating compelling visual material. In addition to your main game focus, you will also capture gameplay footage for other Supercell titles when needed.

You’ll capture and create promotional content from unreleased game material, working closely with the team as well as independently to meet project goals. With over 400 videos produced annually, time management and prioritization are vital. Your closest colleagues will be fellow gameplay capture artists, the editing team, and your team lead.

What makes you a great fit?

You have solid experience with Brawl Stars and a deep understanding of its action-packed gameplay. You're passionate about exploring different combinations of Brawlers, powers, and abilities and what makes each of them stand out. From dynamic team play to the engaging energy of each match and mode, you know how to capture the essence and personality of the game. Ideally, you have experience working in a professional video production environment and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:

• Strong familiarity with Brawl Stars and genuine enthusiasm for its trends
• Hands-on experience with all core features, modes, and progression systems
• Understanding of how players interact with the game and its community across platforms
• Basic familiarity with gameplay capture techniques on mobile and PC, and tools like OBS
• Basic skills with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Great communication skills in English
• Proactive, reliable, and organized approach to planning and delivering content
• A kind and respectful team player who enjoys supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals

Preferred skills:

• Experience from a professional video production setting and post production workflows
• Understanding of cinematic composition, pacing, and storytelling through gameplay

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position where you’ll be employed by On It Films. Your work location will be at the office in Ruoholahti, Helsinki. The preferred start date is in January 2026. Salary in this position is approximately 4000 €/month according to your skills and experience.
