On It Films, an in-house video partner for Supercell, is strengthening its team with a Graphic and Motion Designer to create standout visuals for its fast-growing YouTube productions.

Your role with us

As a Graphic and Motion Designer at On It Films, you’ll create animated and still visuals for Supercell’s community-focused YouTube videos. You’ll work closely with our editors and Supercell’s Community Managers, turning game team briefs into visuals that are on-brand, engaging, and easy for players to connect with. Together as a team, we produce around 400 videos annually, which means the production tempo is fast and you’ll be working in a steady flow of new content.

Your work includes designing and animating in-video graphics, crafting eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, and occasionally preparing visual materials for print or other community marketing needs. You’ll typically join projects early, review scripts or rough cuts, spot the graphic opportunities, and build the elements that make the edit land visually. The format is short-form community content, so you’ll need to be comfortable delivering high-quality visuals efficiently and iterating smoothly based on feedback.

You have a strong visual eye and know-how to combine design and motion in a way that supports the story and the community vibe. You understand how to flex your style to match Supercell’s look and tone without losing clarity or personality. You enjoy collaborating with editors and stakeholders, but you’re also confident in owning your tasks independently and keeping projects moving. You understand what works on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and you have genuine interest in gaming culture and Supercell games.

Requirements:

• A couple of years’ relevant professional experience and a portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your work
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and at least basics of Premiere Pro
• A smooth, end-to-end Adobe workflow and ability to deliver polished visuals efficiently
• Brand awareness and the ability to design within an established brand identity
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to handle time sensitive projects independently
• Understanding of gaming culture and Supercell games, and a feel for internet culture and social media trends
• Bonus points: experience with Adobe Animate, Figma, or Unreal Engine

Practicalities:

This is a permanent and full-time position where you’ll be employed by On It Films. Your primary work location is our office in Helsinki, with some opportunity for remote work when agreed. The preferred start date is in February 2026, negotiable. Salary in this position is approximately 4000-4500 €/month according to your skills and experience.
