On It Films, an in-house video partner for Supercell, is looking for a Motion and VFX Designer to work right at the heart of the edit process and elevate community videos with visually appealing, on-brand effects.

Your role with us

As a Motion and VFX Designer at On It Films, you’ll support our Video Editors with motion and visual effects that make each cut clearer, funnier, and more impactful. You’ll step into edits when a scene needs a background extension, a punchy effect, or animated assets to bring the moment to life. This is a hands-on, edit-first role with very tight collaboration. You’ll look at scripts and rough cuts with the editor, plan what is needed, and build the elements quickly so the edit keeps moving.

Together as a team, we produce around 400 videos annually, which means the production tempo is fast and you’ll be working in a steady flow of new content. Supercell’s game teams and Community Managers define the message and goals, and you translate that into effects and motion that feel native to each game’s community and the platform. You’ll need to enjoy quick problem-solving, agile iteration, and delivering high quality under time pressure.

What makes you a great fit?

You’re a fast, edit-minded Motion and VFX Designer who enjoys making a real impact on the final video. You combine a sharp visual eye with a practical, solutions-first approach, and you know how to make motion and effects serve the story and timing of the edit. You’re comfortable working for an established brand and taking feedback, and you can adapt quickly when priorities shift. You enjoy both close collaboration and owning your tasks independently and keeping multiple projects moving at pace. We expect you to have a genuine interest in gaming culture and Supercell games.

Requirements:

• A couple of years’ relevant professional experience around VFX and a portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your work
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and at least basics of Premiere Pro
• A smooth, end-to-end Adobe workflow and ability to deliver polished visuals efficiently
• Brand awareness and the ability to design within an established brand identity
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English
• Understanding of gaming culture and Supercell games, and a feel for internet culture and social media trends
• Bonus points: experience with Blender, Adobe Animate, or Unreal Engine

Practicalities:

This is a permanent and full-time position where you’ll be employed by On It Films. Your primary work location is our office in Helsinki, with some opportunity for remote work when agreed. The preferred start date is in February 2026, negotiable. Salary in this position is approximately 4000-4500 €/month according to your skills and experience.
