On It Films, an in-house video partner for Supercell, is strengthening its team with a few new Video Editors to craft engaging game content that captivates audiences. The games in focus are Brawl Stars, mo.co, and Boom Beach.

Your role with us

As a Video Editor at On It Films, you’ll transform raw footage into visually compelling community-focused YouTube videos for Supercell’s games. Your key responsibilities include identifying each game's unique style, shaping ideas into powerful visual stories, and ensuring content aligns with the expectations of the audience and Supercell Community Managers. You’ll work directly with the games’Community Managers and team members at On It Films.

We produce around 400 videos annually, and your work will help players understand updates, get excited about events, and feel part of the gaming community. While you will be briefed on the message and goals for each video, you’ll be responsible for turning that input into a strong final edit — shaping the idea, building the narrative, polishing the cut, and solving problems independently along the way. What makes you a great fit?

You bring solid video editing experience backed by a strong portfolio, along with advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. Beyond the technical side, you have a strong sense of visual narrative, pacing, and comedic timing. You enjoy working both collaboratively and independently, take initiative, and stay up to date with trends of social media and gaming. Bonus points if you’re already immersed in Supercell games, especially mo.co, Brawl Stars and/or Boom Beach.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
• Over 3 years of video editing with demonstrated history
• Great attitude and communication skills in English
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage time sensitive projects
• Previous experience in a professional video production environment, working closely with clients
• Understanding of YouTube video formats and the gaming community, preferably playing Supercell games yourself

Practicalities:

This is a permanent and full-time position where you’ll be employed by On It Films. Your primary work location is our office in Helsinki, with some opportunity for remote work when agreed. The preferred start date is in February 2026, negotiable. Salary in this position is approximately 4500-5000 €/month according to your skills and experience.
