SemiQon, a pioneer in silicon-based quantum processors, is looking for a driven and customer-oriented Business Development Manager to join its growing team in Espoo. This is a permanent position, and the starting date is negotiable—ideally, you could begin working as soon as possible.
What will you be doing?
As a Business Development Manager at SemiQon, your main responsibility will be to drive business growth by building new customer relationships and expanding the company’s presence in the global market. You will engage with customers worldwide – from Europe to North America and Asia – focusing on developing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
In this role, you collaborate with the management team and technical experts to refine sales strategies and implement efficient processes. You'll also take ownership of the CRM system and play a key role in shaping SemiQon’s business development strategy. If you’re a motivated salesperson who thrives in an innovative and technical environment, this is your chance to leave your mark on an emerging industry.
Your key responsibilities include:
You’re an outgoing and resourceful individual passionate about technology and building strong customer relationships. You have a "go-getter" attitude and the ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex sales processes, and achieve measurable results. While a background in technology, preferably electronics hardware, is a must - either from your education or your experience - your ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions is what truly sets you apart.
