Supercell is now looking for a Relocation & Family Support Specialist to support their new hires from the interview stage, right up to getting settled in Helsinki. If you have great organization skills, a genuine passion for supporting people, and strong links to different networks, we can’t wait to meet you!

Your role with Supercell:

Supercell is committed to attracting the best talent from around the globe and giving them the best possible start to life in Finland. As this is a big decision that often includes family members (and pets!) - we know that a successful relocation is one where everyone involved feels included.

As part of Supercell’s Mobility team, you will be responsible for the relocation and settling in of new hires and their families from around the globe beginning at the interview stage. You will work closely with the wider People team, including Recruiters and People Partners as you provide a world-class and personal relocation experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex your creative muscle by working with external partners to create new opportunities to help accompanying family members find their own place and purpose in Finland.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and arranging high-quality, personalized relocation experiences for employees relocating from around the world from the candidate stage to arrival in Finland.
  • Overseeing immigration processes with our external partners, keeping records and renewals up to date.
  • Assisting newly arrived employees with settling into life in Finland
  • Providing ongoing support to accompanying family members. You’ll for example organize onboarding sessions and workshops based on their evolving needs and feedback.
  • Working with external community partners to aid and create integration opportunities for accompanying family members.
  • Keeping up-to-date with issues relating to immigration and working with local government agencies to advocate for improvements where needed.

What kind of person thrives in this role and why?

You are a proactive and people-oriented doer who genuinely enjoys helping others settle into new environments. You thrive in a role where empathy meets practical action — whether that means hosting events, sharing knowledge, or creating new support networks from scratch. You’re curious, adaptable, organized and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.

We hope you have:

  • Strong understanding of the support networks available for newcomers in Finland and the willingness to build new ones with external partners.
  • Good understanding of Finland’s immigration processes and education system and the challenges people may face when relocating to a new country.
  • Practical insights and the ability to share hands-on tips for navigating everyday life in Finland.
  • Passion towards games, especially our games.
  • A full working proficiency in English.

We consider as an asset:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of living abroad, relocating to a new country or supporting others through that process.
  • Ability to promote life in Finland and attract new talent to Helsinki.

Why you will love it at Supercell:

  • You’ll make a real impact by helping people succeed and feel at home in a new country.
  • You can be creative every day and see your ideas turn into real improvements.
  • You’ll meet inspiring people from all over the world and be part of their unique journeys.
  • You’ll do meaningful work that supports others through one of life’s biggest transitions.
  • You’ll enjoy freedom in how you work — manage your own tasks, take initiative and make things happen.

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position, in which you will be employed directly by Supercell. The ideal starting date is as soon as possible. The role will be located in Helsinki and we hope you are able to work mainly at the office.

Excited about this opportunity? Let’s get things going!

Please submit your CV and a video answer (What motivates you to apply for this role, and could you share an example of a time when you supported someone in adapting to a new situation or environment?), and an optional cover letter in English by the latest 26th of October via our application system.
