SupercellTeam Support

Supercell is now looking for a Team Support to join their growing Helsinki-based team. In this role, you’ll be the force that keeps Supercell’s teams focused on what they do best – whether that’s within tech, marketing, operations, or other central functions. Not one day is like another, and that’s exactly how you like it.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the end-to-end administrative support of your designated Supercell teams
• Owning complex travel arrangements from bookings to last-minute changes, including international and multi-team travel
• Planning and executing team events and offsites that are well-organized and feel effortless and meaningful for participants
• Acting as the go-to support partner for your designated teams in everyday operational matters

You’ll join Supercell’s growing Team Support & Events function – a group of experienced, service-minded professionals who take pride in delivering a true gold star experience. We handle the details with care, speed and common sense, so that our teams can put their full energy into their core work.

Experience from event production or other dynamic environments is highly valued.

Requirements:

• Several years’ work experience related to team support, event production and/or travel arrangements
• Relevant educational background (e.g. management assistant, hospitality management or business administration)
• Excellent coordination and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Enthusiasm to work in an international environment
• Ability to work mostly onsite at Supercell HQ in Helsinki

Assets:

• Experience from a scaling and international organization, where you have supported growing teams and adapted to evolving structures
• Genuine interest in (Supercell) games

Practicalities

This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly to Supercell.The position is wished to be started as soon as possible in Spring 2026. You’ll work mostly onsite at Supercell HQ in Helsinki with occasional possibility for remote work. The salary in this position is fixed and will be negotiated individually based on your experience and background.
