Would you like to develop next generation digital systems for the Nordic pharmacies and pharmacy chains? Receptum Software is looking for two Test Automation Engineers to strengthen its QA team. At first, you will join a large new project for a well-known international pharmacy client. You will jump into the project right from the beginning meaning that you will be participating in planning and developing test automation for this project. Your tasks include e.g. automating integration, load, UI, and microservice testing as well as reporting and documentation accordingly. The developed systems are largely based on microservice architecture, hosted on Azure and built with C# or Angular. The need for test automation engineers is long-term as test automation will have a more central role in product development and client projects in the future. The QA team follows Scrum and consists of a Test Manager, two Testers and the two Test Automation Engineers we are now recruiting.

You will succeed in this role if you have gained some work experience in test automation and know your way around it. We hope that you will bring new and much needed skills and competences to our team. You will affect significantly on the tools and how test automation is being done from now on. Currently the team is spread across Helsinki, Raisio and Tornio and works mostly remotely during the Covid pandemic, so an independent and proactive attitude is a must. You may choose which office you’d like to work at. Working partly remotely is possible also when the pandemic is over.

We hope you have at least the following qualities:

  • Previous work experience and skills in test automation
  • Skills in some test automation tools (for example Azure Test Plans, Selenium, Postman, Locust, MS Test or similar)
  • Basic programming skills
  • Fluency in English
  • A positive, self-starter attitude and ability to work independently

 We consider an asset:

  • Communications skills in Finnish
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and DevOps
  • Test certifications (e.g. ISTQB)

What is in it for you?

  • A possibility to develop next generation digital systems for pharmacies in a modern DevOps environment
  • Excellent opportunities for personal development: depending on your skills and interests, your role might be related to test or team management, or even programming in the future
  • A financially stable and safe employer with many existing clients and lot of growth potential
  • A relaxed work environment and good opportunities to influence your work
  • Possibility to work partly remotely
  • A competitive salary and fringe benefits (e.g. leisure-time accident insurance, lunch & sport benefits)

In this position you will be employed directly to Receptum Software Oy.

Sounds like you? Please submit your application letter and CV (in pdf) by latest 10th of September 2020 here: https://apply.atalent.fi/receptum-software-oy-test-automation-engineer-8-2020.
