Your role with us

Tracklution is a SaaS company helping marketers scale their ads with better data. As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll join our tight-knit, technically strong developer team of three. Together, you’ll work on the core tracking platform used by thousands of websites and global marketing teams.

We don’t do throwaway MVPs or months of planning. Most things you build will go live within a week – often the same day – and be used by real marketers right away. You will develop full-stack and whether you’re working on data pipelines, tracking accuracy, or UI polish, you’ll ship end-to-end features that create immediate impact.

Tech stack includes React/Next.js, PHP/Laravel and MySQL. The product runs on AWS and processes event data in real time to deliver accurate data to marketing platforms.

The role includes owning projects from idea to production, contributing to performance and scalability improvements, and building tools that create real value for end users. We value bold builders who can zoom out, see the big picture, and then dive deep to ship.

You’re a pragmatic engineer who loves turning business problems into functional code. You enjoy autonomy, thrive in small teams, and care about customer impact more than perfection. You’ve probably worked in SaaS, MarTech, or eCommerce – or built something of your own before.

You enjoy working in an agile, high-trust environment and take full ownership of your work. Your technical strengths might lean more toward frontend or backend, but we especially value full-stack competence and the ability to contribute across the stack.

We expect you to have:

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications, including end-to-end ownership of significant technical solutions
• Strong hands-on skills with PHP/Laravel, and modern JS frameworks like React/Next.js
• Comfort with databases, APIs, and event-based systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
• Ability to own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
• Entrepreneurial energy: you build, own, and iterate fast
• Full working proficiency with English

We also appreciate:

• Background in marketing, ad tech/martech, or SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with data-heavy systems or performance optimization
• Background in startups or small product companies
• Ability to think from the user’s and business’s perspective
• Finnish skills are not required, but considered as a plus

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position and you will be employed directly to Tracklution. Tracklution has offices in both Helsinki and Turku, and while the role can be performed fully remotely within Finland, the tech team currently gets together weekly in Turku, though occasional meetups may also take place in Helsinki. We hope you can start as soon as possible. Salary in this position is approximately 5000-7000 €/month and will be negotiated based on your skills and experience.
