Do you want to design technically demanding machine tools and production lines for international markets as part of a rapidly growing, industry-leading brand?
Vaski Group is a fast-growing manufacturer of industrial machine tools, specializing in busbar processing solutions used in electrical power distribution, sheet metal processing, and automation solutions. We combine the strengths of three established brands – Vaski, Pivatic, and Ursviken – and are now looking for skilled professionals to join our expert team in Seinäjoki.
What will you be doing?
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will work as part of Vaski Group’s machine and equipment design team, developing and delivering highly automated machine tools and production lines to a global customer base.
In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical design of customer projects from concept to production, working on both individual machines and large-scale production line systems.
Your work will focus on 3D modeling, machine and structural design, and producing technical documentation. Projects range from further development of established product families to large, fully customized machine solutions designed from scratch when needed.
In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with electrical, automation, and software engineers, as well as project managers. This is not a managerial or lead role, but it offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in demanding machine and equipment design and to grow your responsibilities over time.
