ZennizMarketing Manager

Zenniz is building the future of tennis with game-changing smart court technology — and now, they’re looking for a Marketing Manager to shape how the world sees and hears them. The Marketing Manager will own the execution and optimization of Zenniz’s marketing activities across digital and traditional channels. You’ll play a key role in building a globally recognized sport tech brand by driving awareness, engagement, and adoption among players, coaches, clubs, partners, and investors. Reporting to the CMO and working closely with part-time contributors, you’ll be responsible for planning, running, and analyzing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, one where you’ll test new ideas, optimize performance, and scale what works to deliver measurable impact.

You’ll drive and execute the marketing & communications strategy across multiple touchpoints:

  • Lead content planning, creation, and delivery for product launches, campaigns, newsletters, and owned channels
  • Oversee social media messaging and support content production
  • Work closely with partners and stakeholders to align messaging and maximize exposure
  • Take part in internal communications and support culture-building as Zenniz scales
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging and channel mix to drive awareness, lead generation, and brand affinity

What makes you a great fit? 

You're a confident marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments. You bring structure where there’s chaos, but you’re not afraid of jumping into the deep end. You have an eye for brand, a flair for language, and the drive to build something from scratch — together with a team passionate about tennis and sport tech.

We hope you have: 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or content/digital marketing
  • Proven track record in strategic comms and hands-on content production
  • Experience in or strong interest toward sport tech or fast-scaling consumer tech startups
  • Strong commercial intuition and the ability to tailor messages across stakeholders
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Suite, Meta Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish  

 We consider as an asset:

  • Background in working with global markets and executing GTM strategies 
  • Tennis or broader sports background

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position where you’ll be employed directly by Zenniz. The ideal start date is as soon as possible — preferably in October. We hope you are based in the Helsinki region and available to work in the office 3–4 days a week in a hybrid model. Salary in this position is approximately 4000-5200 €/month and will be negotiated based on your skills and experience.  If you believe your compensation should differ from this range, feel free to let us know in your application along with the reasoning.
