Capacent is a management consulting that from its establishment in 1983, within the multinational group ABB, has developed to become a leading Nordic-based, full-service management consulting firm. Today we employ some hundred Nordic-based consultants, working with domestic as well as global assignments, out of which 20 consultants in the Helsinki office. Our current clients are very diverse; industrial and service companies, B2B and B2C and private equity firms.

Capacent is now looking for an Analyst with a burning passion for BI. You will be working with data mining, modelling, predictive analytics and segmentation to provide valuable insight in order to help our customers with strategic value. You will also be involved in developing the use of data analytics tools. You will be working closely with Capacent consultants and the clients in customer projects, in order to implement changes. We expect you to: 

  • Have exceptional analytical skills combined with an ability to effectively communicate the technical solutions to the client
  • Be a team player with burning passion for BI tools and data to solve business problems
  • Have experience in BI tools (i.e. QlikView, Qlik Sense, MS Power BI) and/or willingness to learn
  • Have an eye for detail, not forgetting the big picture
  • Have excellent skills in Finnish and English

We appreciate:

  • Experience of data mining, modeling, predictive analytics, segmentation, CRM-analysis and Big Data
  • Relevant work experience
  • Swedish skills
