Fastems is now looking for a new key person, Cloud Architect to join their brand new team. Your main goal is to build and develop our new cloud based solutions Factory Cockpit and Digital Services. Factory Cockpit is a cloud-based solution integrating customer’s production system and Digital Services helps integrating customer’s automation and our customer and service systems. At the beginning, you will participate in planning the new concepts and technical implementation. When the technical team is formed, you will take the ownership of the concept by leading the development and implementation and providing support for other team members. In this position, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a person with a relevant educational background (e.g. computer science or similar) and solid work experience in cloud development. To succeed in this role you need to have strong skills and hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. We hope you are eager to take ownership of the cloud development’s technical side but also carry responsibility beyond your own work. As a person, you have a proactive and self-driven attitude and willingness to guide others by sharing knowledge and support.

We require you to have:

  • Relevant educational background (e.g. computer science or similar)
  • Strong skills with Azure platform services
  • Strong experience in some of the following programming languages/frameworks: .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular
  • Designed, built, deployed, and managed Azure applications and services
  • DevOps experience and attitude
  • Fluent English skills

We consider as an asset:

  • AD / Azure AD knowledge
  • Database knowledge (SQL / NoSQL)
  • Knowledge of serverless computing
  • Experience with other cloud platforms
