Bonusway is now looking for a Communications Specialist to join their team located in Helsinki. In this role, you’ll get to work closely with the Country Managers and support Bonusway’s business operations in the Netherlands. Your main tasks include client communication and customer service by email, in addition to content creation. You will work closely with the Country Manager who focuses on building business in the Netherlands and you will get to support the operations for example by creating offers on the website and various marketing material.
This is an entry-level position so we do not expect you to have similar working experience. However, prior experience for example in customer service, communications or project coordinating is seen as an advantage. We do not require a specific education for this role but a degree in the field of business studies is considered beneficial. To succeed in this role you need to be a fluent communicator in Dutch and English. You enjoy working in a startup-like environment and are ready to work approximately 2-3 days per week. To kickstart and succeed in the role, you will receive comprehensive support from Bonusway’s team.

We are looking for someone who has:
- A relevant study background in e.g. business
- Written and spoken fluency in Dutch and English
- Motivation to develop and grow your expertise
- A solution-oriented attitude and the ability to learn new things quickly
We consider as a plus:
- Previous work experience in customer service, communications or project coordinating
- Knowledge of Dutch market and culture
