North European Oil Trade Oy (NEOT) is a significant independent fuel procurement company in the Baltic Sea region and we actively operate on the global trading market. We specialize in oil and bio products wholesale in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Our main product groups are road traffic fuels, but we also supply significant amounts of heating oil, marine fuels and aviation fuels. NEOT is owned by SOK and St1 Nordic Oy and we work in close cooperation with our owners. Our purpose is to enable our owners to prosper by providing them with competitive and sustainable fuel solutions. We supply annually roughly 7 billion litres of fuel products to large service station chains St1, ABC and Shell.

North European Oil Trade Oy (NEOT) is now looking to strenghten its team in the form of a new Customer Service & HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) Coordinator! In this versatile role you will be taking care of four different areas in order to ensure the logistics chain´s best possible reliability: customer service, invoicing, consulting and reporting. To begin with, in the core of the customer service side is keeping track and handling contacts from the client side and product quality side both on the phone and especially via email. The invoicing, instead, has a lot to do with e.g. formulating freight reports for different transport companies. Moreover, the consultative aspect of the role comprises instructing transport companies and responding to product quality enquiries and reclamations. Last but not least, you are to report internally e.g. on the logistics department´s efficiency and HSEQ-results.
Due to the many-sided and responsible role, we expect you to be a precise personality that has a good grip of the whole – however, you will be sharing the aforementioned responsibilities together with a colleague among a team of five, so peer support and training will be guaranteed. In order to succeed in the position you do not have to possess extensive prior experience from a similar environment, but needless to say, know-how on either the tasks or the industry will give you a head start for the journey.

We require you to:
- Possess at least some relevant prior work experience
- Be a rigorous, flexible and resilient personality that enjoys solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working and coping with different people
- Function effortlessly both in English (company language) and in Finnish (clients)
- Be handy with Excel
We consider as an asset:
- Background in logistics, chemical engineering or energy industry via studies and/or work
- Know-how on Power BI
