Juli Living is now looking for a Letting Trainee to be a part of their Juli Living team in fall 2021!
In this versatile and goal-oriented role, you will have an essential role in customer experience for our potential customers who are thinking of leasing a Juli Living apartment. It comes naturally for you to chat with customers and listen to their needs and wishes. On a daily basis you will work independently, contacting interested customers, scheduling and hosting apartment viewings on your own and also participate in solving customers’ questions together with our internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical property managers) and make sure customers receive help and quick answers. You will also get to develop and share ideas on how to improve the attractiveness of our apartment listings, apartment viewing experience and how we can better communicate the selling arguments to the customers.
The person we are looking for is a proactive team player with sales-oriented working attitude. You are able to keep all the threads in their hands at the same time and excited to approach new people to help them find their perfect home. Customers find you approachable and sensitive to their worries and questions. Our ideal candidate is equipped with flexibility and great interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as excellent digital skills. Ideally you are used to working with clients, want to listen to the client’s needs and have understanding for different situations. You can start working either full-time or part-time (30-37,5h/week) besides your studies in September or October and work until January 2022. Juli Living office is located right in the center of Helsinki and we hope that you will be able to work mainly at the office, however some remote days are also possible. Please note that apartment viewings will require travelling within the Helsinki Metropolitan area (Helsinki, Vantaa & Espoo) and sometimes flexibility on working hours.
Your background and skills:
- Some previous work experience from customer service and/or sales
- Service-minded and goal-oriented working attitude with a desire to work in the customer interface. You’re talented in picking up the customer needs, supporting their decision making and creating trust within the customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- You enjoy being in contact with customers both by phone and face-to-face
- Good ability to learn quickly new systems
- You carry out the given tasks with high quality and in a precise manner independently
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills
