Unigraf is looking for an IT Manager to take ownership of a global IT environment and modernize their IT infrastructure!

Unigraf is a global leader in video electronics testing, developing advanced hardware and software tools for DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB-C technologies. The solutions are trusted by the world’s leading electronics manufacturers to ensure signal integrity, interoperability, and compliance — from R&D to production.

With decades of experience in embedded and test engineering, Unigraf has become a valued technology partner for major industry players worldwide. Headquartered in Espoo, Finland, they are a team of 60 professionals with a strong international presence across Europe, the US, and Asia. Unigraf combines deep technical expertise with a hands-on, low-hierarchy culture — working on next-generation devices long before they reach the market and solving complex engineering challenges that shape the future of digital video technology.

What will you be doing?

As an IT Manager, you will take ownership of Unigraf’s internal IT infrastructure and ensure that its global R&D organization has a reliable environment to work in. You will maintain and develop infrastructure connecting Unigraf’s teams in Finland, India, and Taiwan.

Your responsibilities cover servers, networks and VPN connections, Windows domain environments, access and license management, and internal IT support. You will also drive infrastructure development projects, such as moving backups and storage to cloud services and modernizing existing solutions.

You will solve technical infrastructure challenges, work closely with experienced R&D professionals and Unigraf’s external IT service provider, and have the opportunity to improve how things are done. We hope you are also interested in helping the software team with occasional scripting, automation, and software development depending on your skills and available time.

What makes you a great fit?

You are an experienced IT professional who enjoys taking ownership of a broad technical environment. You can independently investigate problems, design practical solutions, and communicate clearly with colleagues across different countries and technical backgrounds.

You are comfortable working hands-on with infrastructure while also looking ahead: identifying what should be modernized, automated, or moved to the cloud. An interest in scripting, AI tools, and software development will help you expand the role further over time.

We require you to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a relevant infrastructure-focused role
  • Strong understanding of server environments, networking, VPN technologies, and Windows domain environments
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments and managing user access, permissions, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure or AWS
  • Scripting skills with Python or another relevant language, alongside experience with CI/CD or test automation environments
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve infrastructure, integrations, automation, or development workflows
  • Professional proficiency in English and strong communication skills with various stakeholders

We consider as an asset:

  • Atlassian product knowledge
  • C++ knowledge or motivation to develop your software development skills
  • Finnish language skills

Unigraf offers you:

  • A chance to take ownership of a broad global IT environment where your decisions have a visible impact on everyday R&D work
  • Freedom and responsibility to shape and modernize Unigraf’s infrastructure by introducing cloud services, automation, and better ways of working
  • Highly experienced team of software engineers solving technical challenges around advanced hardware, software, and test environments
  • An opportunity to participate in automation and software development
  • A low-hierarchy company culture with flexibility and the autonomy to organize your work around clear responsibilities

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly by Unigraf. The position is based at Unigraf’s office in Matinkylä, Espoo, with an expectation of working on-site at least three days per week, particularly during onboarding. The preferred starting date is as soon as possible.

The initial salary range for this position is approximately 5000-6500 €/month depending on your experience. If your salary expectation falls outside this range, we would still like to hear from you.
