Public search

Actively job-seeking professionals or those considering a career change are reached through public and carefully targeted job advertising. aTalent’s service covers the entire recruitment process, from defining the role to creating job ad content and selecting the right channels, screening applications and providing expert support for hiring decisions.

In up to half of the recruitments we carry out, the best candidate is found through public recruitment. This reflects both the quality of our talent networks and our ability to attract the right candidates with the right message.

Direct search and hybrid search

In direct search, also known as headhunting, professionals currently active in working life are approached personally without a public application process. This method is used to reach passive, highly competitive or otherwise hard to access talent for critical roles.

Hybrid search combines the targeted approach of direct search with the broad visibility of public search. It is well suited for situations where both active and passive candidates are to be reached, such as demanding specialist roles, managerial positions or strategic talent needs.

The process always includes mapping potential candidates across multiple channels and directly contacting selected individuals. Regardless of the chosen approach, we ensure a smooth, professional and confidential process from start to finish.
