Looking to kickstart your career in real estate, finance, and gain portfolio management in an international environment? We at Nordisk Renting are now looking for an Analyst (intern) to join our dynamic Finnish team!

What will you be doing?

As an Analyst (intern), you’ll join Nordisk Renting’s real estate financing business: supporting the management and development of an existing real estate portfolio across Finland and the Nordics. You’ll work closely with the Helsinki-based team, as well as colleagues in Stockholm. Gaining broad exposure to real estate asset management, structured financing, customer collaboration, high quality transactions,and reporting in an international banking environment.

This is a uniquely versatile role in a small and low-hierarchy organization, where you’ll get the opportunity to participate in a wide range of tasks and projects: Your daily work combines analytical tasks, coordination, customer interaction, and operational support related to Nordisk Renting’s property portfolio, agreements, and ongoing projects.

Your responsibilities include for example:

• Collaborating with external property managers, customers, and internal stakeholders across Finland, Sweden, Norway and the UK
• Participating in meetings related to leasing, asset management, and portfolio development
• Participating in meetings related to leasing, asset management, and portfolio development
• Preparing internal and external materials, reports, presentations, and customer proposals
• Supporting portfolio and lease management activities, including tenant and contract
• administration
• Participating in budgeting, reporting, and property-related analysis.
• Supporting due diligence processes, property transactions, and project coordination from start to close, together with senior team members.

Nordisk Renting expects from you:

• A relevant university degree (for example in real estate, engineering, finance or economics) or about to graduate
• Some previous work experience through internships, summer jobs, or part-time work
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in real estate and financial modeling
• A proactive and self-driven working style combined with good collaboration skills
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Have full working proficiency in English and Finnish

Nordisk Renting considers as an asset:

• Previous experience from real estate, asset management, leasing, legal contracts, due diligence, or financial analysis
• Interest towards construction, law, or transactions
• Swedish language skills

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and fixed term, one year employment directly to Nordisk Renting. The ideal starting date for the position is in the beginning of September 2026. To learn the most, it is important as Analyst (intern) that you are daily present at the downtown Helsinki office, aside occasional on-site visits and/or remote days.
