Looking to kickstart your career in real estate, finance, and gain portfolio management in an international environment? We at Nordisk Renting are now looking for an Analyst (intern) to join our dynamic Finnish team!
What will you be doing?
As an Analyst (intern), you’ll join Nordisk Renting’s real estate financing business: supporting the management and development of an existing real estate portfolio across Finland and the Nordics. You’ll work closely with the Helsinki-based team, as well as colleagues in Stockholm. Gaining broad exposure to real estate asset management, structured financing, customer collaboration, high quality transactions,and reporting in an international banking environment.
This is a uniquely versatile role in a small and low-hierarchy organization, where you’ll get the opportunity to participate in a wide range of tasks and projects: Your daily work combines analytical tasks, coordination, customer interaction, and operational support related to Nordisk Renting’s property portfolio, agreements, and ongoing projects.

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and fixed term, one year employment directly to Nordisk Renting. The ideal starting date for the position is in the beginning of September 2026. To learn the most, it is important as Analyst (intern) that you are daily present at the downtown Helsinki office, aside occasional on-site visits and/or remote days.
