Juli Living is now looking for a Junior Letting Specialist to be a part of their team in spring 2022!
In this versatile and goal-oriented role, you will have an essential role in creating an excellent experience for our potential Juli Living customers. Our customers can select the home they want to live in online and our letting team’s task is to help our customers find their dream home in our new online service and make apartment viewings a smooth and fun experience. On a daily basis, you will work independently, contacting interested customers, scheduling and hosting apartment viewings, and also solve customers’ questions together with our internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical property managers). In addition, you will get to develop and share ideas on how to improve the attractiveness of our apartment listings, apartment viewing experience, and how we can better communicate the selling arguments to the customers.
The person we are looking for is a proactive team player with a sales-oriented working attitude. You are able to prioritize between tasks and are excited to approach potential customers to help them find their perfect home and support their decision-making. It comes naturally for you to chat with customers and listen to their needs and wishes and customers. Our ideal candidate is equipped with flexibility and great interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as excellent digital skills. Ideally, you are used to working with clients and have an understanding of different kinds of customer encounters and situations.
We hope you can start from the start of the year 2022 and the contract lasts until the end of May. We can offer you a part-time job besides your studies (approx 22,5h/week) or a full-time position. Juli Living office is located right in the center of Helsinki and we hope that you will be able to work mainly at the office, however, some remote days are also possible. Please note that apartment viewings will require traveling within the Helsinki Metropolitan area and sometimes flexibility on working hours.
Your background and skills:
- Some previous work experience from B2C sales and/or customer service
- Service-minded and goal-oriented working attitude – You carry out the given tasks with high quality and in a precise manner independently
- You enjoy being in contact with customers both by phone and face-to-face
- Good ability to learn quickly new systems
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills
