Business Finland is now looking for a full time, fixed-term (2 years) Project Coordinator with an hands-on attitude and proactive mindset. As a Project Coordinator you will be a part of the Business Finland’s Network Services Unit. The Network Services service area supports new, impactful growth business that is created in collaboration networks, innovation and business ecosystems in Finland and the European Union. In this position you will take part in the European Union’s Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) project which aims to revitalize the European economy. As a Project Coordinator you will get an opportunity to work in a fast-moving and truly global organization, offering you a unique view into international markets and business environments. The starting date in this position will be 1.2.2022.
As Project coordinator your primary goal is to support Recovery and Resilience Facility projects, via a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The projects you will be working with are focused on RRF Creative businesses and RRF Health and wellbeing industry.
In this position, your job tasks include:
- Communication of activities and events together with the BF Comms team. Bringing forward the results of customer activities. Newsletters, blogs (also customer’s blogs), social media communications
- CRM use for e.g. listing of customers and creating mailing lists
- Doing literacy reviews and gathering background materials
- Documenting, reporting and following up the activities of programs (especially summarizing the results and highlights of programs, and describing the activities)
- Other project support work, including setting up meetings, sending and accounting of invoices
What we expect from you:
- Master’s degree from a suitable field, or you’re close to finishing studies
- Fluency in Finnish and English. Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to write and express thoughts in a concise, coherent way.
- The desire to learn more about the international market. Previous experience in an international environment is considered as an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). CRM (Dynamics) will be learned on the job
