What does an HR Audit include?
A current state analysis provides a comprehensive overview of the status of your company's HR processes and the employer's statutory obligations. It offers insights into areas that impact the employee experience and results in an actionable plan with prioritized steps. The HR current state analysis is based on a workshop conducted among key personnel, facilitated by an aTalent consultant. To further support the assessment, an employee survey can be carried out to ensure that employees' wishes and expectations are taken into account, especially if such a survey is not already available within the company.
