Analyst (Tenant Representation)

Cushman & Wakefield is one of the world-leading real estate consultancy companies with its approximately $8 billion in revenue. We serve both domestic and international real estate investors and companies looking for business premises. Our 50 000 employees act as advisors of real estate owners, investors and developers in some 400 offices in over 60 countries. Cushman & Wakefield’s Finnish team works with property transactions, leasing, consulting, real estate valuation and advisory and retail services in Helsinki city center. Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) is looking for an Analyst to join its growing Tenant Representation team. The Tenant Representation (TENREP) focuses on representing C&W’s global partnership companies in the Finnish real estate market. C&W often has an established partnership with a global company so you often receive projects automatically from the global C&W team when there is a need for a real estate project in Finland. As an Analyst your main tasks are representing global companies by finding new premises (lease acquisition) and renewing current lease agreements (lease renewal) for the global company. This means discussing project requirements and timeline, mapping space requirements, commercial terms and timeline for the project and creating and sending RFPs (Request for Proposals) to Landlords.

You will also create long and short lists for options, visit different sites, negotiate commercial lease issues with landlords and coordinate legal processes as well as feeshare calculations. In addition you participate in invoicing, reporting and marketing tenant representation services. At times, companies want to tender their real estate projects in Finland and then you will work closely with the global C&W team and pitch your proposal to the companies to win the project.

This work strongly combines independent work with teamwork, so we hope you to be an unprompted, social and active person who has a positive attitude towards work. The position is full time and permanent and as Cushman & Wakefield’s business is rapidly growing, we wish you to start as soon as possible. In this position you will be employed directly by Cushman & Wakefield. We do have flexible working hours and the chance to work remotely but we appreciate it if you enjoy working at the office with the rest of the team. C&W global partnership companies often seek premises from the capital area but we have also operated in other cities such as Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulu.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in relevant field / project management / consulting
  • Relevant Master’s degree
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and courage to learn new IT-systems
  • Full professional proficiency in English and in Finnish

We consider as an advantage:

  • Skills in Adobe Programs (e.g. presentations with InDesign on available templates and photo editing with PhotoShop)
  • Swedish skills

We can offer you:

  • A chance to get a holistic view of the different aspects of real estate advisory: You are a part of a global enterprise which acts in an agile manner also in Finland
  • A responsible role where you get opportunity to grow within the company into greater responsibilities, based on your own interests and skills
  • A possibility to grow your expertise in project and client management
  • A chance to be a part of growing the team and the business area
  • An open and dynamic working culture – People at Cushman & Wakefield like spending time together and know each other well
  • A flexible environment with a possibility for remote work. Yet it is always nice to come to our office located in the heart of the Helsinki CBD!
