Export Coordinator (French-speaking)

Skyr Finland Oy markets and sells unique Icelandic Isey Skyr products. Our head office is located in Kalasatama, Helsinki, but we operate nationwide. We also operate in the Baltic and BeNeLux countries and have an office located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

We are looking for an Export Coordinator to join our team located in Helsinki. As an Export Coordinator you will handle various tasks related to delivery processes in our Central European and domestic operations. You will communicate with foreign customers and stakeholders such as retailers and warehouses to ensure the overall process flow. Additionally you will support our sales in offer and delivery processes. The final role can be expanded for example into marketing tasks depending on your own areas of interest.

To co-operate with our export stakeholders mainly located in BeNeLux countries you need to have fluent language skills in French and English. Furthermore Finnish and Swedish language skills are also considered as an significant advantage in this role. Relevant education and previous experience in similar responsibilities are not required but seen as beneficial for the applicant. As the communication and problem solving within delivery chain can occasionally be hectic, we are searching for a person who manages to focus and create solutions even under pressure.

Requirements for the applicants:

  • Fluent oral and written language skills in French and English
  • Positive customer service attitude and sales oriented spirit
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of team
  • Organised way of working and open attitude towards different tasks
  • Readiness to travel occasionally

 What we see as an advantage:

  • Fluent language skills in Finnish and Swedish
  • Relevant education for example in the field of business, industrial management or logistics
  • Previous equivalent working experience
