HundrED is now looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join the Helsinki-based team in their mission of improving education globally! In this role, you will be working with HundrED’s Tailor-Made projects. Tailor-Made projects help education systems to identify and implement educational innovations effectively. Each of the Tailor-Made projects involves research, media, community, and impact teams to work together to facilitate the implementation of exceptional education innovations. As a Project Coordinator, you have a crucial role in supporting the Project Lead in managing and delivering the Tailor-Made projects. Your diverse tasks will vary from project management, positive stakeholder relationships to workshop facilitation, implementation planning, data collection, and reporting. More specifically, your tasks will include:
Project management and execution: taking into account goals, timelines, budgets, and strategic priorities.
Internal & external stakeholder management to hit all deadlines on time and to the agreed-upon specifications.
Building relationships and maintaining communication with the key project participants (school leaders, teachers, and innovators) and ensuring they are fully engaged with the project
Designing, managing, and delivering the key events in the project together with the Project Lead
Leading brainstorming sessions with team members and external vendors to develop different aspects of the projects.
Facilitating qualitative and quantitative data collection throughout the project.
Coordinating with project participants (innovators, school leaders, teachers) to plan for innovation implementation
Troubleshooting and problem-solving challenges that come up to find a mutually agreeable way forward
Project reporting
You will be based in HundrED’s office in Helsinki. The contract is fixed-term until spring 2024, with a possibility for extension.

We hope you have:
Relevant educational background, preferably Master’s level
Experience in project management and good project management skills
Experience in working with education systems
Experience working with a range of stakeholders
Good communication and interpersonal skills and drive to take initiative
Good presentation skills and ability to facilitate meetings or workshops
Fluency in English - skills in Finnish and/or in Swedish are seen as an asset
We consider as an asset:
Experience in facilitating workshops
Familiarity with different project management tools

In this position, you will be employed directly by HundrED. Since the role is based in Helsinki and the desired starting date would be as soon as possible, we are primarily looking for a Project Coordinator already based in Finland.
