Houston Analytics is now looking for a productive and inspired Technical Support Engineer to join the team! Your main responsibilities will include providing remote support for customers in technical questions related to Houston Analytics products. You will also get to participate in validating scripts and databases as well as developing the database maintenance environment and tools. The role can be extended to cover also wider responsibilities depending on the knowledge and skills of the applicant. It would be great if you can work full-time, but it is also possible to start as a part-time employee if you are finishing your studies (in this case, the number of working hours is negotiable).

We are looking for someone with passion towards data analytics and solving our customers’ problems. We appreciate it if you are a self-starter who has an organized approach to work and if quality is important to you. Being able to express one’s own thoughts and being communicative is also well appreciated. This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to grow professionally in the field of data engineering!

Requirements for the applicant:

  • Good skills in AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of SQL databases
  • Relevant higher education background (computer science or another IT-related field, for example)
  • Working proficiency in English

  • Relevant previous working experience
  • Swedish or Danish language skills
