Are you passionate about real estate private equity investment, financial analysis and investment management? Brunswick Real Estate is seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Analyst to join our team in Helsinki. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Nordic-wide role, supporting our investment team across multiple markets.

Your role with us

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our team in various private equity real estate investment projects in Finland and across the Nordics. The role involves actively participating in the assessment and development of new investment strategies and participating in their execution, including financial analysis of individual properties and portfolios. This also includes occasional site visits for a better understanding of the properties.

Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting in cash flow modeling and financial analysis of potential investment opportunities and strategies
• Supporting due diligence processes and conducting market analysis
• Preparing presentation materials and financial models to support investment decisions
• Collaborating with colleagues in the Nordic region, providing analytical support beyond Finland
• Participating in investor presentations
• Participating in ad hoc tasks related to ongoing projects. e.g. datacenter development

Requirements for the role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field

1-3 years’ experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles

Understanding of cash flow modeling and financial metrics

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills in English and preferably in Swedish as well

We consider as an asset:

Experience in real estate investments or asset management

Familiarity with due diligence processes

Knowledge of other Nordic languages

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position. You will be employed directly by Brunswick Real Estate. Start time in the role is ideally in August-September 2025. The primary place of work is in Helsinki, and we hope you are able to work at the office at least three days per week as part of a hybrid model. In addition, the position involves monthly travel, primarily within Finland and the Helsinki metropolitan area. Salary in this position is approximately 4000-5000 €/month (gross) + performance based bonus depending on the level of your experience, and will be negotiated individually.
