Responsibilities

CapMan Real Estate is now looking for a commercially driven (Senior) Asset Manager to join their team in Helsinki. In this role, you will take ownership of selected office assets in the Helsinki metropolitan area with a clear focus on increasing leasing activity, improving occupancy and driving long-term value creation. You’ll be a key player in executing fund strategies and seeing the concrete impact of your work on asset performance.

You’ll lead leasing negotiations, collaborate with brokers, marketing partners and other key stakeholders, and identify development opportunities within your portfolio. Your work will be hands-on and results-driven — combining commercial analysis with active external engagement. You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and long-term planning with support from internal colleagues and external partners.

While your focus will be on office assets, CapMan’s real estate platform spans social real estate, logistics, residential and hospitality properties. As our portfolio evolves, so will your opportunities to contribute to different asset types and participate in shaping the future of actively managed real estate.

Who and what we are looking for:

• Several years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, leasing or asset management, with a strong focus on tenant-facing activities
• Demonstrated ability to drive leasing results with a commercial mindset, improve tenant experience, and apply the right marketing mix to attract and retain tenants
• Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate asset performance, value drivers and business opportunities
• Proactive and collaborative working style with confidence managing external partners and brokers
• Excellent communication skills with full working proficiency in Finnish and English
• A relevant academic degree in business, real estate or engineering is considered an advantage

Practicalities

This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be directly employed by CapMan. We hope that you can join the team as soon as possible, but at the latest in the beginning of 2026. CapMan’s office is located in the heart of Helsinki on Ludviginkatu. We hope you can work actively onsite together with your team 3–5 days a week and are flexible to travel between portfolio properties when needed. Compensation in this position consists of a monthly salary and a yearly bonus scheme tied to performance metrics. Salary level will be negotiated based on your experience and competencies.
