As a Product Specialist, you will join a specialized Products & Support team that supports DNWP’s customers with technical issues related to private communication network solutions. The customers operate in sectors such as energy, utilities, and transportation. In addition to identifying and resolving technical challenges, you will also participate in customer demos (proof of concept) by building and configuring the required test setups. These demonstrations may take place either at the DNWP office or on the customer’s premises, including international locations. As the role involves hands-on work with hardware in our lab environment, it is primarily an onsite position.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and has the technical acumen to understand complex communication networks. Ideally, you have some prior experience in telecommunications or network technologies, but most importantly, you are motivated to learn and develop into the role.

We are looking for:

• A relevant technical higher education degree
• Some prior work experience in telecommunications or networking (for example, from a network operator), including working with telecommunications devices/hardware
• Understanding of Ethernet switches and routers
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month, primarily within Europe and the Middle East
• Availability to work mainly onsite
• Proficiency in English

Practicalities:

This is a full-time and permanent position, and the ideal starting time is in late July or August. You will be employed directly by Dedicated Network Partners. The role will be located in Helsinki, and we hope you are able to work mostly at the office. The role also requires a willingness to travel regularly. Salary in this position is around 3700-4500€/month (gross) depending on the level of your experience, and will be negotiated individually.
