Your role with Natlink
As a Sales Manager at Natlink, you’ll be at the forefront of growing our presence in Finland, managing key retailer accounts while also focusing on new customer acquisition in the retail sector and also enterprise level clients. You’ll report directly to Natlink’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and work closely with our two experienced Sales Managers in Finland.
Our products – Tracker GPS collars, Burrel trail cameras, and WeHunt software – are already widely available with Finnish retailers and hunting stores, but there’s plenty of room to expand! Your job is to build strong relationships, open new doors, and ensure our existing customers get top-notch service. You’ll have plenty of freedom to plan your own work, combining remote sales efforts with in-person customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
What makes you a great fit?
You’re a driven and independent sales professional who loves building relationships and spotting new business opportunities. You already know how retail sales work, and you're comfortable managing both shorter and longer B2B sales cycles. If you have a hunting background or understand the outdoor industry, that’s a big plus – it’ll make connecting with our customers even easier!

Practicalities:
This is a permanent, full-time position, and you’ll be employed directly by Natlink Oy. You can be based anywhere in Finland, ideally near Oulu, or in Central or Southern Finland. Some weekend work may be required for industry events, but most of your work happens during regular business hours. Please also note that working in this position requires flexibility to travel in Finland and internationally if needed, and a drivers licence.
